I've heard that Thiruvasagam in Symphony will be available in CD format from this 30th. Return of the king?
Questions... Avadhaaram - Thendral vandhu - was the last Raja song that gave me goose bumps. It has all been Rahman-centric from then on. Why? Is he exhausted with the ways of the movie industry? After just 12 years Rahman is stagnating. I don't think there have been any new auteurs in the field to motivate these two. Hope Thiruvasagam in Symphony eliminates the need for any tangible answers.

Raaja can be back only if he had vanished. He is there at the peak of glory. He has given the best of himself to the music lovers. He is not the stuff to fit in to the current world of cine music!(if w may call it music). The presentcrowd of composers will take decades to bring out something close to Avadharam. No wonder Thiruvasagam takes you to a different world!
